MARYLAND GROUP- BETHESDA

The Maryland group will meet Tuesday, November 11, at 7:30 PM. This group is for people at-risk, people who know they have the gene, and individuals living with the illness.

The meeting will be held at Sara Lieberman's office, 4424 Montgomery Avenue, Suite 200, Bethesda, Maryland. Parking is available behind the building. Please enter the building through the back door off the parking lot. (Front door is locked at night.) For complete directions please call 301-718-8531 and leave a message. VIRGINIA GROUP-BAILEY'S CROSSROADS

This group will meet Thursday, November 20 at 7:30, Goodwin House, Bailey's Crossroads, 3440 South Jefferson Street, Bailey's Crossroads, Virginia. Please note: We will meet in the BOARD ROOM. To get to the Board Room, go to the middle of the lobby, turn left down a hallway. The room is part way down the hall on the right.

This group is for all those who are concerned about any aspect of HD: individuals, couples, family members, friends.

If enough people come, we might be able to divide into a couple of groups for part of the meeting.

IMPORTANT! Due to construction, you'll need to park in the Giant Foods parking lot, which is well lit, against the fence adjacent to Goodwin House. A lighted walkway leads to a new entrance at Goodwin House. Turn left and follow around the building to a new part of Goodwin House. A guard can direct you to the "old" Goodwin House section where you'll notice part of the extended lobby and Board Room. Basically, you're just following a hallway around to the older part of Goodwin House. If you get mixed-up you can always ask at the "old" lobby. This is pretty easy to navigate; it may sound complex.

Both groups are led by licensed social workers.
